By accessing and using Folioo, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Folioo is a portfolio building platform that allows users to:

• Create professional portfolios using our templates
• Customize content, images, and layout
• Publish portfolios with secure subdomains
• Manage and update their portfolio content

To use our services, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and publish. You agree not to:

• Upload content that violates any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Upload malicious code or harmful content
• Use the service for spam or unauthorized marketing
• Impersonate others or provide false information

For paid services:

• Payment is required before publishing your portfolio
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to change pricing with notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension

You retain ownership of your content. By using our service, you grant us a license to:

• Host and display your content as part of the service
• Make technical copies necessary for service operation
• Use anonymized data for service improvement

Our templates, code, and platform remain our intellectual property.

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to:

• Perform maintenance and updates
• Suspend service for technical issues
• Modify or discontinue features with notice

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Folioo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the service will be suspended
• Your published portfolio may be taken offline
• You may request a copy of your data within 30 days

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
